Enjoy the modern and bright open kitchen, dining and living areas with plenty of room for the family to relax, have fun and share memories. Every detail has been carefully thought out, and updated. Everything's brand new! This is an upscale, coastal, two-story waterfront home. You rent the entire property, three bedrooms, three baths and do not share the property with anyone. The space The first floor has a full size Red felt pool table for you to enjoy. The outside features a million dollar waterfront view with tropical landscaping. A patio set, dining for six, and a gas BBQ grill makes this place great for cooking out. View the stunning vibrancy of the Florida sun in the evening and morn on the water front balcony. Enjoy a relaxing walk just to the end of the street to find the white sand beach of Indian Rocks. Rinse off saltwater, sand and cool off in the outdoor shower. This home is close to everything so you can take in all that Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach has to offer. This waterfront home is a two-story retreat with two bedrooms on the upper level and one king size bedroom on the lower level. Bedroom one on the first floor has a King size bed, nightstand, chest, dresser, a large closet, work desk and a 75' Sony tv. The full size bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower is just a few steps away. Bedroom two upstairs has a queen size bed, dresser/mirror, two nightstands, closet and ensuite bathroom, sink and shower. Bedroom three upstairs has a king size bed, large walk-in closet with drawers and shelves, a pull out full size sofa, swivel rocking chair and an ensuite bathroom with oversized bathtub, oversized walk-in shower, bidet toilet and a beautiful view of the waterways. * Guests are welcome to use the Golf cart, bikes, dock and water toys at their own risk. The Main living areas feature two brand new 75'" Sony televisions and a 75" linear electric fire place The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and plenty of cutlery and flatware. We offer plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the beach along with shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers. Use the Golf cart or wheeled wagon for bringing gear to the beach, like beach chairs and toys. The private dock area offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The storage shed on the back porch has two fishing rods and reels and three bicycles for you to use. Enjoy paddling around in the kayak or canoe to see dolphins, manatees, and sea birds up close in the surrounding Intracoastal waterways. This home is a large private home that is thoroughly disinfected between guests. We do our best to accommodate early check-in requests but ample time to clean and ventilate the property is paramount. Your safety and happiness is our main concern.

Home was very comfortable and clean. Area was great! There were just a few little issues that can be easily fixed! - door hinges to upstairs and downstairs bedrooms should be tightened, they were very hard to close and noisy - smaller bath sink upstairs is very pretty, but splashed everywhere - fire alarm batteries should be changed more regularly, one of them started chirping at 230 am and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it off keeping up the upstairs guests all night

When I found this property with a 5 star rating and many reviewers, I decided to book the trip. It is fabulous, like all the other reviews say. We even saw dolphins in the bay from the back porch too one morning. The golf cart, the pool table, the TVs, the grill, the kitchen -- all outstanding. We went to the beach one afternoon and waded in the water. It is very cold this time of year, in case you are wondering, but lots of people are mingling around and some are in the water.

My husband and I really enjoyed spending our 20th Wedding Anniversary in Indian Rock Beach, FL. Rick was so responsive and accomodating. We will definitely be staying in this beautiful home with amazing water front views. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated.

Because one of my adult children was getting ready to leave the country for 9 to 12 months, we decided to plan a last-minute family beach trip. This property was perfect for us. The house was well stocked. The waterfront location was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the dolphins in the bay. During the day we took the golf cart down to the beach. Rick was an amazing host. He was very responsive and is just a great person overall. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will likely return again in the future. I would highly recommend this property.

We were so happy to have the golf cart. We’d cruise around during the day to the beach, and amazing restaurants. We would come back late afternoon and bbq and enjoy the views off the dock. Rick was the best host we’ve ever had! We will be back!

This was our families first VRBO and really didn’t know what it would be like. That said we got to the property and the garage entry was locked with no access to the golf cart and beach accessories. We contacted Richard and within 15 minutes he was on site with keys as well as he took the time to show all amenities of the property and things to consider, he was super helpful!We will definitely be back and would recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay! Great property!

Great house, super clean, owner (Rick) very responsive, dock on property is fun (fishing, canoeing, kayaking), golf cart (and golf cart parking at beach) awesome! Super nice that all linens were provided (including beach towels, and beach chairs!)

We had a great week. The house was clean and beautiful views. The golf cart was a great way to get to the beach. The only complaint would be to have night stands with lamps in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

We had great time. House is modern, very clean and beautiful. Located on the ocean canal with its own dock. Loved fishing from it . Enjoyed golf cart ride to the beach. Only 5 minutes away. Neighborhood is gorgeous , safe and quiet. We had great time. Will be back for sure. Larisa.

This was by far the best vacation home that I have ever stayed in! Everything was perfect and the beach is literally 5 min down the road and my family loved the golf cart and all the other amenities that come with this home as well as the pool table and the view…. Just too much to list but AWESOME place. It’s worth EVERY PENNY…
