Mostly Definately would stay again!

Place was amazing. we truly enjoyed our stay. Clean facilities with all of the necessities. Especially having the beach chairs and umbrella! Exactly as described!

It was overall pleasant. A few things I mentioned above I wished we would have known before booking.

Location was good

A/c was in the living room where we had kids sleeping so our room was incredibly hot. We didn't know until we arrived that the hot tub, patio, washer/dryer were to be used by all the guests at the property so that was disappointing. Bathroom is in the only bedroom so if you're looking to have any privacy, whether it's just relaxing, changing clothes, etc., don't count on it with this rental. It would have been perfect for just my husband and I, but not great with our kids.

We enjoyed, the area of Indian Rocks Beach and also Clearwater beach which was not far at all.

The location is great, very family friendly area. Very clean and up to date.

Very good

Adorable unit truly steps from beach access on the "quieter" end of Gulf Blvd. Very clean and updated but also very small. Best for small group/family. Owner very accommodating and other guests were a true delight. Shared common spaces and hot tub, but plenty of outdoor space and perks like umbrella, cooler, beach chairs!

Small space was tight but served its purpose.

Vacation at Indian Rocks Beach

The property was wonderful. It had everything you could need. There was a very private backyard with a hot tub and beach access was directly across the street. Indian Rocks Beach is lovely. The host was easy to get ahold of. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and many places to visit within 30 minutes. we will definitely be going back.

The property fulfilled all the expectations I had: location, convenience, beach access, and quiet.

It was the perfect location for beach access, a nearby convenience store, and for walking to neighborhood eateries/pubs. I chose the location because of a previous trip down Gulf Blvd. from Clearwater Beach and wanting to get away from noisy kids at the hotel and the beach, and because Indian Rocks Beach was simply inviting.

The cleaning staff for the property owner needs to be a bit more thorough in checking on the cleanliness and condition of the kitchenware -- mainly utensils and glassware. This was a very minor issue.

everything about the this property was perfect, the beach location was right across the street and the beach was relatively quite and relaxing. The property was very clean and equipped with everything you could need. We will definitely be back for years to come!

Exceptional

The location was quiet and in a nice area. We liked that they had beach gear and a cooler and everything that you would need for a beach vacation. Beach access was really easy to get to also.

The apartment was nice, cute, great location. Nice to have washer and dryer access.

Easy access to the beach. Provided beach equipment (towels, chairs). Quiet at night.

Water pressure in bathroom was weak. Bathroom sink was super slow to drain. Ice maker did not work so had to buy ice. No instructions on how to run the TV remotes. Hand soap in the kitchen would’ve been nice. Kleenex would’ve been nice. I also would suggest having hooks in the apartment to hang up beach towels, purses, clothes, bags etc.
