Ok apartment well located next to the airport, just two metro stops away. The building is old, so is the apartment. But it is overall adequately maintained. It has everything you need for a short stay. Ideally if you need to be close to the airport and parque das nacoes. A bit noisy on the front bedroom, but quiet enough on the back living room/bedroom.
The elevator was currently under maintenance. I don't think it was recent, so I was disappointed not to be informed about that, considering that the apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is an annoying motion detection light on the bathroom. Totally unnecessary. Some stains on the couch ruin the feeling of a clean apartment, which it was in fact well cleaned overall.

Chuveiro muito fraco, microondas não funciona, elevador muito antigo e por vezes não funcionava.

Da localização é tranquila. O facto de ter elevador. A cozinha está bem equipada.
Não é possível fechar na totalidade nenhuma janela da casa, quer no quarto, na sala ou na cozinha a luz entra logo de manhã muito cedo e se quisermos dormir mais um pouco é complicado. As persianas só fecham até metade e na cozinha não há qualquer maneira de tapar a janela vemos os vizinhos e eles a nós.
Fomos em pleno mês de Agosto e os lençóis eram de flanela, não havia outros para trocar foram noites de muito calor.

(i) There was a little problem on the shower.... after I finish my shower... all the bathroom and the corridor was full of water.... I've to use the mop to clean everything... was a little stresses...;
(ii) The lift was not working correctly.
