Esther la recepcionista,es lo mejor de allí sin dudarlo, se desvive por un negocio q creo q no es suyo... amable,te da indicaciones.....estuvimos solas en el hotel,siiiii todo para nosotras y la verdad q nos toco una habitación reformada y la cama cómoda y el baño y ducha geniales.....la ubicación perfecta con vistas impresionantes....tiene jardín precioso y zona de juegos y salas de estar....la verdad repetiremos gracias a Esther.
Cuando llame para preguntar cosas de la reserva me atendió el dueño y sino llega a ser pq no había otro sitio , ni voy.... Le hubiera dicho q cancelará mi reserva por como me atendió.
Pero lg con Esther todo mejoró....gracias por tu atención.
Lo q si me molesto para dormir fue la luz de salida de emergencia encima del baño q se veía mucho desde la cama y molestaba esa luz naranja.
