Nestled in Lehigh Acres, this charming villa for $145 per night is a great option for your next break. (As of June 01, 2021, there will be a ban on all parties and events at this property, including a cap on occupancy at 6 without previous written approval by owner. This party ban applies to all future bookings, and it will remain in effect indefinitely, until further notice.) Beautifully built Florida Villa with a spacious living area, ready to become your new home away from home. The split floor plan provides privacy, making it ideal for vacationing with children, friends or extended family. A well-stocked open-concept kitchen leads into the second living area facing the pool. Soak up the rays of the sunniest city in the US on the oversized pool deck, which features a grand pool with separate elevated jacuzzi, creating a waterfall effect. No jacuzzi heat or blower provided. Pool has an approximate temp of 85 degrees in the summer months (May-Sep). No solar heat provided during those summer months. It makes the pool hard to be maintained. Solar panels warm up the pool during late fall, winter and early spring. Solar heat will not be provided during the warmer months (May-September). Hot water small bathroom shower: Turn to the right. Two dining sets, a counter-height table, and four lounge chairs provide plenty of seating options for entertaining friends and family outdoors. Enjoy the view of the untouched wooded space behind the property, providing additional privacy. Ideal for a couple, the master bedroom features a king sized bed, walk in closets and his and her's sinks, as well as a bathtub and shower. From the master bedroom, French doors lead out to the pool area. The two additional bedrooms in the home each feature a queen bed to accommodate additional guests. A second bathroom featuring one sink vanity, toilet and shower is conveniently located between them. Outfitted with linens, towels, and utensils, this home comes readily equipped with all that you will need to enjoy your extended stay in paradise. Conveniently located near a general store and grocer, you need not go far for any additional needs. The home is surrounded by well-maintained single and multi-family homes, just across from a nine-hole golf course. If you are searching for a quiet, private and safe place to vacation, we would love to accommodate you. This beautiful location is in high demand, so book your stay today! An additional electricity charge will be charged for all long term stays, exceeding 21 nights if the electricity cost is higher than $120 for a 4 week period. The difference will be deducted from the security deposit. For security reasons there is an outdoor camera installed to observe the front entrance and driveway area. We are not refunding for late arrival or early check out for any reason including Covid. Please consider getting travel insurance to cover in case something unexpected happens.

We got to Fort Myers late and the owners left a light on for us so that it was not dark when we arrived. The owners were so nice and checked with us to make sure we didn't need anything. The house was very clean and beautiful. It was very easy to get to and close to a lot of grocery stores. The neighborhood was very quite which made our stay very pleasant. The only draw back is the weather was cooler so we could not enjoy the pool since it is not heated but that was not a big deal. Would recommend this property.

This was a perfect spot to unwind. We were in LaBelle to build a ICF house. It was sweltering outside with 113 heat index. The crew loved getting off work and cooling off in the pool. The home is furnished nicely with everything you need.

The pool and lanai were beautiful. A huge space for spending time outdoors. The layout of the house was awesome as well. Split bedroom design and a bonus room behind the kitchen has space for the whole family. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and we liked that they were available instead of some of these VRBOs that are managed by a third party. We will surly book again, SO much better than a hotel.

I have rented a lot of homes through the years…Joel is one of my favorites. It was just a quick getaway with a pool for my daughter (4 yrs old) and I. It’s close to where we live, so, my mom was able to visit during the day. We felt right at home and never left the house until checkout day. The home was absolutely beautiful and clean! I couldn’t hardly get my daughter out of the pool. We had a wonderful time! Mrs. Sylvia was such a gracious host and has thought of all the little details that makes Joel so special. Thank you so very much!

This was the most relaxing, peaceful vacation we have taken. This house has everything you need to truly enjoy Florida. We enjoyed trying local restaurants and staying in and cooking. Quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. And of course the amazing pool right outside. That just made it hard to go out sightseeing. We didn't want to leave that great pool. Very accommodating and gracious host. You cannot go wrong booking this house.

This house is In a quiet neighborhood. Check in and out was easy and convenient. The house was perfect!! Clean, adorable and and fun! My kids were fish and went swimming all weekend long! Haha It was nice having so much room to sit outside and watch them swim and the grill for us to grill out on was perfect! The house had everything we needed! Even towels (that I forgot to bring! Haha) The rooms were big and cozy, plenty of room at the table for my whole family to sit for meals. The host was so sweet, she was easy to get in touch with and made sure we were all set! Thank you! Would absolutely rent again!
