Location was excellent. Nice surroundings where you can view deer and Jacob sheep. We didn't spot the Highland cattle. Room was ample. Tea-making station a good idea.
Sitting room could have done with some light background music. The pub that is recommended was not great in terms of service.

Great location
I booked a twin room - one of the beds was very uncomfortable- not fit for purpose, while the other bed was exceptional. The girl I dealt with at check out deducted a tenner from the bill of 170 acknowledging the issue. However I would have preferred 2 beds of standard and an a call from the owner .
