Would definitely recommend this hotel

The property was extremely clean and spacious. The staff were really friendly and helpful, despite the fact that we arrived pretty late.

Decent

Everything was new & fresh. Breakfast was good, staff attentive.

The batteries in my remote didn’t work, my phone didn’t have a dial tone so I had to walk downstairs to ask for them. Staff called my room and said it was ringing like that would fix dial tone?? The pillows VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! All 4. Bring your own. Some young people across the hall were obnoxiously loud, I was trying to do some computer work in my room around 7-9pm & just found them ridiculous. In & out of room, door open banging closed, some swearing and mild screaming (like older kids playing). No idea where parents were. Didn’t call the desk as phone didn’t work. Just took out my hearing aids.

I would stay again if necessary but it was not optimal for the price

Beds were comfortable, bathroom roomy

Ceiling repair not finished, breakfast cold, staff unenthusiastic. No gluten free bread available at breakfast

Nice hotel for a short stay

Location was great and nice to have a shoppers right beside the hotel. Hotel was very pleasant looking and clean.

Staff over the phone were not overly pleasant. Staff was a little better in person. Walls are paper thin. Could hear people in the next room open the blinds.

We had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn. We specially liked the cleanliness and the fact that the hotel is new and modern.

Was ok, a little expensive for a 3 start hotel

Easy to find

Not able to walk to any food places and we didn’t have a vehicle. Also even though I booked it months in advance, it was a little pricy for a 3 star rating

Clean space with comfortable beds

I am so sorry to say but the breakfast was not so good. Sausages - low quality and hashbrowns too dry. However, the variety of bread, muffins, yogurt was great. Please note, not everyone likes 0% fat - a bit of choice would be welcome. And perhaps better quality of dry cereal.

To be honest I expected that you guys will have a small restaurant within your hotel. I also was hoping the pool be a bit bigger. I hope with time you could have more landscape and trees growing around the building to break the visual from the industrial view.

Overall a comfortable stay

The breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean. Overall an enjoyable stay.

It was a little cold at times. For some reason, it is not possible to turn off the fan - this seems to be common with hotels! The thermostat had the maximum temperature at 74 degrees although it did not feel like it. I'm not sure the staff at the front desk could have done anything about it so I didn't say anything.

Room size was good.

Electronic entry to room. We had to get our access card updated 6 times over two days.

please only book reservations online, even if you have to pay for someone else’s stay.

we have opened a corporate account for our local business 3 separate times and hotel staff can never find our account in order to book a room for our staff without an employee having to pay for it with personal funds. this has caused countless hours of needless work, explanation, scrutiny within our business and has left a sour taste in the owners mouth towards comfort inn. we now have returned to using our previous hotel (The Baron) for our staff, no issues booking over the phone there. just a friendly, first name basis conversation and a no questions asked reservation.

Exceptional

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was very tasty and had a good selection. The exercise room and pool looked very inviting.
