The location was great and the layout was spacious for the two of us.
The BBQ was being replaced (so not available) and the hot tub was being maintained (and not as available). The island chairs were pretty tattered but worked. Pairing / serrated knives would have been nice to have.

It was generally clean and had a calm atmosphere.
The cleaning was done once a week, dish washer soap always ran out. It could also have helped if there was a vacuum cleaner left in the room. I will also recommend that the fob and room key are on the same ring. The fob seemed to always disappear!

I like the fact that the residence suited our needs and was close to the events we were in town for. The room was clean and comfortable with easy access to park our car. Staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the modern and clean look of the residence.
We were not impressed with the fact that we rented the residence for 5 days with the understanding there was a functional gas barbeque and a functional hot tub on the property. They were there but neither was functional. The beds were a bit saggy and the room was rented for 4 adults but only two chairs to dine at the counter?

Spacious
The freezer had ice build up and therefore did not close properly, my food went bad as a result.
