Well located if you do via Francigena. Very clean.
Just disappointed that I booked for a triple room. Was flying from Montreal and we were tired after the buses from Rome since the trains were not working. 24 hours strike. We arrived and we only got a room with only one regular bed for two. 2 good friends traveling together for the trek.

Posizione centralissima, stanza grande
Un po agé la parte di rubinetteria, l’illuminazione nei corridoi é temporizzata ma dura davvero troppi pochi secondi tipo due o tre secondi, apprezzo il tentativo di non sprecare energie elettrica, ma così è davvero un po’ ansiogeno 😕

Great location, super easy access to any part of Lucca.
The place had a not great/stuffy smell and the windows did not open. We never had to wait for shared bathroom when we were there, but in peak times I imagine it can be a bit of a wait.
