Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung war sehr ansprechend.
Sofa war nicht zum Schlafen vorbereitet und das Bettzeug zum selbst beziehen hat gefehlt. War zwar super, wie da am ersten Tag drauf reagiert wurde, aber am zweiten Tag gab es dann leider keinen Kontakt mehr. Sehr schade an dieser Stelle.

Very nice, modern, clean and new apartment. Well equipped and comfortable. Private parking and close to the public transport. Easy check-in. Highly recommended! Thank you for the great stay!

The apartment was very spacious, with beautiful bathrooms, a balcony for relaxing (although not a great view). Quiet and well kept apartment complex.
There was an issue with the code not working on the apartment door. It was 10.30 pm and we telephoned VIVA twice and on the second occasion, they did answer. They were able to reset the code remotely and we then gained access. It was a minor hiccup, but the door's battery was running flat and that is why we couldn't access it. This should be inspected prior to guests moving in.

The property had spacious free parking on site. The apartment was tastefully decorated and big enough for a whole family. Everything was very clean and of high quality. The beds were comfortable and the modern kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. There was a free mineral water bottle in the fridge which we really appreciated as we arrived during a heatwave. There were 2 air conditions and 2 tvs, accommodating everyone's needs. Plus a utility cupboard with iron/board. The balcony was also a wonderful extra! Overall, we loved our stay here and we would love to return! Highly recommended apartment!
The only minus was the distance from the city centre, which was not pleasantly walkable in the heatwave. But great location for the Messe Graz Office and Stadthalle! And many transport options to/from the city centre.

Clean and modern apartment, all small things supported what makes short vacation really nice like coffee capsules, washing machine, parking slot, kitchen equipment....

The window did not have proper darkness blinds to ensure it is dark during the night. Just day curtains and a screen on the outside to block light. This is a minor thing though as i have found this is a issue with all the hotels i have stayed at in austria. It does make me curious as to why though.

Apartment is aesthetically pleasing, large and bright. Very clean, well equipped and modern. It was very comfortable. Balcony was perfect, large and furnished. Parking was much appreciated. Location is close to the Old City, 20 minutes walk or a trolley lines 3 minutes.

I am absolutelly speachless. The apartment is perfect! It's spaceous, it has everything you need. There are coffe machine with coffee and tea, fridge, dishwasher, toiletries and towels and you can even use washing machine and dryer. It's perfect! The apartment's interier is gorgeous. Thanks to coded doors, we could arrive in the late evening, that was great. We were thrilled to be there and next time when we will be at Graz, we definitely will stay at Viva apartments. Thank you very much for this exeptional experience at youre aparment!
