Customer service at its best.

I left my wallet with passport/credit-cards/license/cash in the back seat of a taxi that brought us from Palma airport to Andratx. The hotel owner/manager managed to trace the taxi next day, collected the wallet from the taxi in Palma and had it delivered to me free of charge to Andratx. That is 5-star customer service!! Hotel was very clean and central.

Potenzial vom Haus nicht ausgenutzt, mangelhafte Sauberkeit

Sehr schönes altes Mietshaus, welches geschmackvoll saniert wurde. Eigentlich genau nach meinem Geschmack, denn ich übernachte sehr gerne in historischen Häusern. Der erste Einblick außergewöhnlich, schönes Haus, schickes Zimmer, tolle Lage in einem kleinen Ort abseits der Touristenmassen. Aber dann kam dies…

Mangelhafte Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Auf dem Boden im Bad und im Zimmer befanden sich sehr viele Haare ehemaliger Gäste und anhand ihrer Zusammensetzung zu urteilen, lagen sie schon lange dort. Habe dies gemeldet, es reicht nicht aus den Boden kurz zu fegen oder gar nass abzuwischen, es sollte täglich ein Staubsauger zum Einsatz kommen, anders bekommt man sie die Haare nie weg! Habe nur kurz einen Test mit einem Stück Papier gemacht, Foto weiter unten. Der weitere Punkt, der meinen letzten Tag auf der Insel ruinierte, waren die fehlenden Schallschutzmaßnahmen im Haus. Die Metall-Eingangstür knallt mit einem Riesengetöse, so dass man jedes Mal aus dem Bett fiel. Es fehlt hier ein Schließer oder gar Dichtungen. Die Zimmertüren sind aus Karton und da viele lokale Gäste nicht nachts leise ankommen können, bekommt man die volle Geräuschkulisse ungefiltert mit. In diesem Zusammenhang sei noch kurz erwähnt, dass das Haus an einer Durchgangsstrasse liegt. Ab früh morgens ist sehr viel Verkehr. Eigentlich müsste man auf der Straßenseite schallisolierte Fenster einbauen, es ist nur Einfachverglasung geworden. Weiterhin hat man bei der Sanierung nicht an die Isolation der Fallrohre gedacht, somit wurde ich weitere Male nachts aus dem Bett geschmissen. Und zum Schluss kam das Thema mit dem Frühstück, obwohl es auf dem Zimmer beschrieben war, dass das Frühstück in externen Cafés eingenommen wird, kann ich nur dringend abraten dies mit der Übernachtung zu buchen. Da mein Auto auf dem öffentlichen Haupt-Parkplatz stand und ich vor dem Frühstück bereits auscheckte, habe ich die Bäckerei Barba Roja gewählt. Produkte sehr gut aber es stellte sich heraus, dass es dort nicht mal ein Stuhl oder Stehtisch gibt, so musste ich alles im Auto einnehmen… All dies ist sehr, sehr schade, denn das Haus ist schön, aber das Potenzial wurde hier nicht ausgenutzt.

One night okay - More no !

Decoration and easy Check in

At the first sight it looked great, we even got a room last floor (203) which I personally like it (do not hear a neighbors from above) but …. Believe me you can hear everything- the doors are very noisy. The worst is that you can hear literally everything from the bathroom (toilet) of the next room! Honestly one night is the maximum or which to do not have neighbors!

Functional, very well kept room

Functional room (wash basin in room, creative shower and toilet setting behind opaque glass), but very practical and enough space. It was recently remodelled. Very clean. Perfect location to walk around (also go uphill to see the windmill). Plenty of parking spaces in front of place. In the lobby there is tea and coffee. A fridge for personal use is also there. Friendly contact, maybe a bit too many messages, but informative and responsive and helpful.

really nice

Really nice room, nice design, with a small terrace. The host was also really nice and helpful and gave us also a lot of recommendations. Check in was contactless and went smoothly. In the common aerea their is coffee and tea provided for free which we really appreciated.

Brilliant deal with the breakfast voucher - you can choose the cafeteria where you want to eat quality Spanish style breakfast. Great place to store your bike.

Pure, old, single glazed window which doesn't protect from the noise of vehicles passing by - the hotel is located by one of the main streets in the village.

Great location in the centre of town close to bars and restaurants. Clean and tidy. Very helpful staff. Great idea for breakfast....choose from 5 cafes with a voucher. Novel!

Beatiful place but noisy

very nice house in center of Andretx village. the room was new and modern. Everything was clean. the staff was friendly and flexible. coffee and tea available for free.

the terrace doors were single glass and the street was very noisy. we could not sleep because of the cars and motorbikes passing by all night. Also no blanket and I was cold.

The perfect small hotel.

Situated in an old Majorcan town, near restaurants and shops. Very convenient for bikes, with secure bike parking and close to a cycle paths and bike friendly roads. The rooms were air conditioned, modern and clean with comfy beds and en suite facilities.
