The apartment was very clean, modern, and well equipped. It had everything we could need during our stay, including a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, cleaning products, and plenty of useful kitchen equipment. Fresh towels and bed linen were provided, and everything in the apartment felt new and well maintained.
We especially appreciated the private parking space right in front of the property, which was also in the shade. The large terrace was another big plus, with two sun loungers and a spacious table. The area was very quiet, with no noise at night, so we slept very comfortably.
While the apartment itself was very good, we expected a little more hospitality and communication from the host. We arrived quite late and wanted to take a shower, but there were no instructions explaining how to turn on the hot water. Only after contacting the host did we find out that the water heater had to be switched on separately from the electrical panel.
Similarly, the apartment entrance door is a little unusual as it does not have a standard door handle and can be slightly tricky to unlock, so a short explanation upon arrival would have been helpful.
The surroundings are quite rural, which is worth keeping in mind depending on what kind of location you prefer.
Finally, we would have appreciated a little more personal contact from the host. We were not welcomed or seen off in person, and during our stay we were never asked whether everything was okay or if we needed anything. We are used to a bit more communication and care from hosts, and we feel that this would have made an otherwise very comfortable stay even better.

La posizione molto vicina al centro di Chania in auto, praticamente pochissimi minuti e soprattutto zona super tranquilla. L'appartamento iper moderno , cibo e merendine già trovate , capsule caffè già pronte , doppi asciugamani , disponibilità dell'host per qualsiasi cosa davvero gentile. Letti super comodi alti e puliti , camere moderne, pulite , spaziose. Bagni con pressione dell'acqua potente e acqua calda rapida. Balconcino per stendere vestiti e teli appena dietro la casa raggiungibile dalle camere. Il parcheggio praticamente davanti l'uscio di casa. Le foto proposte sono veritiere. L'aria condizionata funziona solo con le finestre chiuse per evitare sprechi , altrimenti o non si avvia il condizionatore o se è già aperto, si spegne. Spero di essere di aiuto ai prossimi visitatori .
Il bagno se siete due coppie timide non da molta privacy , è modernissimo ma le porte a vetro opache non danno la privacy che uno vorrebbe, perché sono due bagni (doccia e wc) separati uno accanto all'altro , con ingresso unico dove sono i due lavandini. Ma tutto sommato se si chiude la porta a vetro dell'antibagno si risolve . Un po' complicato il sistema delle luci , ci sono davvero tanti tasti na niente di impossibile . Il bidet non c'è , per noi italiani è una mancanza un po' difficile ma per pochi giorni si supera .

Nowy, bardzo czysty i komfortowy apartament, świetnie położony blisko starego miasta ( na pieszo 15-20 minut). Są dwie łazienki, co ułatwia codzienne funkcjonowanie. Wyposażony jest we wszystkie niezbędne urządzenia. Do tego wszystkiego zarządza nim przemiła pani Chrisoula, która wita i żegna gości słodkościami. Jeśli wrócimy do Chani, to tylko tutaj😊Dziękujemy🤭
Drobiazg: przydałyby się wieszaczki w łazienkach.
