We stayed at Moya and from the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is a property where every detail has been carefully thought through. There was genuinely nothing negative about our stay. The attention to detail is impressive, not only in the design and construction of the apartment, but also in the way everything functions. It is brand new, beautifully designed, extremely clean and feels like a place that was created with guests’ comfort in mind.
The location is honestly difficult to improve. You have everything you need nearby, while still being in a very quiet and safe area. In just 2 minutes by car you can reach the main road and easily head towards the famous beaches of Crete, while in about 3 minutes you can be in the heart of Chania. You can even walk to the city centre in around 10 minutes. For us, it was the perfect combination of convenience, tranquillity and accessibility.
The apartment itself was fantastic. The modern furniture, the quality of the construction, the spotless cleanliness and the fully equipped kitchen made it feel more like a luxury home than a typical holiday apartment. The internet connection was also exceptionally fast and reliable, which was a huge advantage for us as we were able to comfortably have work meetings remotely during our stay.
The breakfast was another pleasant surprise, generous, high-quality and more than enough to start the day.
And then there is Konstantinos. He was genuinely one of the highlights of our stay. Extremely kind, welcoming and always available whenever we needed anything, while never being intrusive. His attention to his guests is exactly what you hope for when booking a place like this.
We have stayed in quite a few properties at similar prices, and honestly, Moya stands clearly above all of them. If you are looking to explore Chania while enjoying modern luxury, comfort, peace and an excellent location, I really cannot think of a better choice.

The location is excellent, and the private parking is a huge plus, especially since finding a safe parking spot in the city can be quite difficult. We were able to leave the car there and easily walk to the old town.
The owner is very friendly and helpful and assisted us with everything we needed, including recommendations for places to visit.
The accommodation is new, modern and very clean. Even an umbrella was provided, which turned out to be really useful during our stay.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

An exceptional stay. Moya is everything you could ask for.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Moya, and honestly, it would be very difficult to find anything better for this price.
The first thing that impressed us was the modern and elegant design. You can immediately see the quality of the construction and the attention to detail throughout the property. Everything feels new, stylish and carefully thought out. The apartment was also spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. Even the water pressure was excellent, which is something you don’t always find in accommodation.
The Wi-Fi connection was excellent and very reliable, which made everything even more convenient.
And the sleep quality was simply fantastic. The mattress was absolutely amazing, probably one of the most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on while travelling. Combined with how quiet the apartment and the surrounding area are, we had incredibly peaceful nights and slept exceptionally well.
The host, Konstantinos, was extremely helpful, friendly and available whenever we needed anything. His hospitality genuinely made the experience even better.
The location is also excellent. Moya is only about 12 minutes by walk from Chania Old Town. We had rented a car, but we actually didn’t need to use it at all during our stay. We could leave it safely in the private parking reserved exclusively for Moya guests and simply walk or use nearby services when needed. Within a very short distance there is a café, two large supermarkets, a petrol station and a pharmacy, so everything you might need is conveniently close by.
For the price, I honestly don’t think you can find anything better in Chania. The combination of the quality, modern design, cleanliness, comfort, location, parking, excellent internet and wonderful hospitality is extremely difficult to beat.
If we return to Chania, we definitely won’t even bother looking for another place.
