Mediocre.

Close to the airport and staff at check-in were friendly and speedy.

Shower curtain had brown stains, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper, scratchy towels, very thin pillow and blankets and not enough. Old skool heater made noise all night. Curtains didn't close properly. Bed was lumpy and hard. Light switches were broken. Ice machine, pool and fitness room were out of order. Asked for more towels, pillows and blankets and were told housekeeping had already left and took the key. Halls reeked of cigarettes. Entrances were not locked so anyone off the street could come in. It was pretty awful.

Clerk did not give me back my ID missed my flight, gave us wrong room, had to ask for room booked, seedy place.

Rockford trip.

nice beds, and rooms.Gated parking lot ..

tv had no cord for you to plug into the wall.. room was cold because sliding patio door was broken and had a 3 inch gap. Also book it on priceline for 50$ and when we checked in

Didn’t stay-drive home instead.

Didn’t stay-checked out once we returned to leave for dinner. We felt unsafe!

Not one single thing was ok about this property!

EVERYTHING! This was literally by far the grossest hotel I have ever been into in my life! We didn’t bother asking for our money back after we got moved to another room, we just left. This property was filthy.

no light when come into room no place to hang clothes floors were cold could use a rug in bathroom and by the bed, bed was so hard i had a problem sleeping no soft chair to sit in so i had to sleep in hard chair for 3 hours people had to party outside our room until after 3 am i was awaking by them drunk men the price i paid was more than when i booked they charged us 20.00 more for mis. and we didnt get anything extra or charge anything room was not messed up when we left so dont know why we were charged more when we checked out should give back our money for that. not happy about it

location was good for the airport didn't stay

no chair torn drapes dirty windows bathroom needs complete renovation (wouldn't use the shower!) outside entrance door not secure no TV guide no brochure for area restaurants - churches etc. breakfast was not even mentioned I think that is enough!

It was warm and in a convenient location for the holidays

The rooms look like they were just thrown together, paint chipped on the walls and the floor was filthy, bathroom was filthy and super gross, there were holes in the doors looking out into the hallway and the locks weren’t secure at all. We ended up just leaving 10 minutes after we stepped foot into the room, we could not stay it was so nasty, there was even green sticky stuff all over the inside of the door.

everything, place is NASTY. not what the pictures look like, everything is disgusting and smells awful. Walked into the room and left right away, asked for a refund because we ended up not staying there, the person I spoke to kept saying that the manager was not “available”.. stay away from this place.

Good for 1 night stay.

the price was reasonable

The hotel is very run down, no staff on site after 6 or overnight, checked in via a kiosk with a camera to communicate with staff (maybe a sign of things to come). Lots of litter in the parking lot. Felt unsafe with no staff on site.
