Convenient parking, spacious room, quick and simple check-in, AC/Heat in room, balcony off the room
It is under new ownership, so there is still a significant amount of work being done. Most of the lights and phone in the room did not work. The TV connection was weak, so it kept stopping. The bathroom was visibly dirty. No breakfast available even though there was a sign advertising it. It doesn’t seem like it will be a bad place once everything is done getting worked on, but for the time being, it’s definitely not a 10/10 stay.

Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. No bugs!
The building is very run down.
It's a case of "you get what you pay for" & I didn't want to pay much, so it was just fine for my needs.
