Guests have the entire home to themselves. The parking garage is for one vehicle, the laundry, yard, and patio are exclusive to my renters. With easy access to Downtown, San Diego International Airport, and one of the most famous surf breaks at Sunset Cliffs, this location is in high demand for vacation renters! You can walk to anywhere in Ocean Beach at this home! Perfect for a quick getaway. Brought our bikes too. Only disappointment was the propane was out when we went to use it the last evening. I’m sure that won’t happen again.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was in walking distance to great restaurants and bars and a short 10-15 min drive from famous SD attractions such as Balboa Park, Mission Beach, and Old Town. Will definitely stay here again if we make our way back to San Diego in the future!

Lots of reviews saying “needs updating”, “shabby chic” and so on. Yes a bit of decorative updating wouldn’t do any harm. But had everything we needed, everything worked, when you walk around the neighbourhood there are lots of similar properties. Great location within walking distance of main locations in OB. Most importantly really good value in one of the most expensive real estate areas in the US. We had a great time, thanks!

While the cottage looks great in the pictures, the owner doesn’t show you the pealing paint, the broken shelves, the rusted bathtub or the broken chairs for the patio. The furniture looks good but the throw pillows are filthy, stained and grubby. There’s no glassware for a glass of wine or a cocktail. No blender for tropical beverages in paradise. The Weber grill is so filthy that I never used it, the ice maker is not working and the owner obviously knows about it because there were ice cube trays in the freezer. If you’re going to charge premium prices then the property should be in top condition. The light switch is broken in the second bedroom and although the fan works it’s inconvenient to put on the bedside lamp The window curtains are installed backwards and forwards, no rhyme nor reason to the inconstancies. NEVER AGAIN will we stay there. Already planning our September trip in 2024 and we will go somewhere else in OB. Absolutely not worth the money for your vacation.

We had a good stay at this quaint house. The house was nice, but a bit worn. Some of the closets were off-track and the floors were a but gritty, most likely from the prior tenants dragging sand in. There was a broom and dust pan so we just swept it up. There was no internet connection for the wifi, however the tv streaming did work so that didn't have a big impact. Nico was very responsive to all my questions and did attempt to get the internet issue addressed, but they were unble to resolve it remotely. I am sure it will get fixed for the next tenant. The location was great, neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We swept and mopped before we left. Did the dishes, put them in the dishwasher and put all the sheets into the washer and started them should be easier for the cleaner. I hope we left to clean for you just the way we found it.

The décor and furnishings are very nice. Comfy mattress (only used main bedroom). Nice quality towels and sheets. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware, plus a Keurig. Those are most important for me. Location is ideal. Plenty to see and do within a 15 walk. The counters and baseboards may be considered coastal/ocean “shabby chic”. I say that because the paint was chipped, LOL. But everything was clean, even though it seems a bit worn.

Location is great! We loved being able to walk to Sunset Cliffs and through the surrounding neighborhood. The beds were super comfy! The kitchen and bathroom had paint chipping off the sinks, countertops, and cabinets, but was functional. The kitchen table and chairs couldn't seat 4 adults very comfortably to eat, let alone play games. But overall, it's a bright, comfortable, roomy 2 bedroom/1bath rental in a very desirable location.

Excellent neighborhood, clean, plenty of space. We were able to keep both our SUV and ebikes in the garage. Nico was an excellent host who responded immediately to our needs. Ocean Beach is delightful, good food, drinks and people watching!

This house is an old one, warned out in places, but nice and cozy with modern appliances and everything you need. Just FYI walls are a bit thin. Garage might be too small if your car is on a bigger side. We stayed here 2nd week of March and were always able to find parking on our street or close by. Property's located in a great neighborhood, 6 min walk to the ocean and Sunset Hills, short drive from famous SD attractions. Host was attentive and responsive.

The property is in a fantastic area. Very quiet and close to the cliffs. Easy walk to the cliffs to see the sunset. Very close to many attractions. Nico was very attentive and reached out to us to ensure there were no problems with the property. Would stay again!

We have a bigger family but were able to make the accommodations comfortable for everyone. It was close enough to the beach to walk to. There were boogie boards and sand castle toys that the kids loved. Cory was easy to communicate with and had fast responses. Thank you for hosting us!

Loved our stay, such a great location! Slept well in the comfortable beds. Everything we need except dish towels 🤣 Some peeling paint in the kitchen and bathroom made it slightly less clean than we would have wanted it to be. Overall a fantastic stay, thank you!
