The breakfast absolutely met our expectations. Empty items were replenished instantly, and there was always fresh fruit available. We traveled as a group of six, so you can rest assured about the cleanliness, all three of our rooms were spotless. The owner, Dikea, and her daughter, Filista, are the warmest and kindest people I've met in Greece. We absolutely loved them. Their smiling faces and genuine care made us feel right at home in Rhodes. They are excellent at solving any issues, and thanks to their special attention, we had a wonderful family vacation. The location is also fantastic; it is very close to the sea, and you can easily reach Elli Beach by bus in just 10-15 minutes. I will definitely be coming back to stay here with my spouse on my next visit to Rhodes.
Our stay had a slightly stressful start because one of the assigned rooms didn't match the photos. Since the hotel was fully booked that day, two people in our group had to stay in a room that I suspect is only used during extremely busy periods. Given their age, they weren't comfortable at all and were quite bothered by a strong chlorine smell. However, the situation was beautifully resolved the very next day. As soon as other rooms became available, the management completely made up for the initial inconvenience by moving us to the best rooms in the hotel.
