The breakfast was excellent, so much choice and high quality produce. The lunch and dinner menu was delicious too.
The staff were pleasant and friendly, especially Eric on the bar.
The pool area was lovely and the gym had lots of good equipment and was a nice environment to work out in. We made use of the spa services and that was great.
The room was lovely, air conditioning worked well and it was quite and comfortable at night.
The lack of proper coffee at the breakfast - it was all instant which was a shame as the rest of the breakfast was really high quality
The cost of the laundry service was astronomical - £7 for a single dress whereas it cost £10 for a whole load in a launderette in Rhodes town. You'd expect to be able to access reasonable laundry services on-site.
Some of the access through the place was a bit off - you had to walk all the way back to the road entrance to go up the ramp to the entrance when you parked your car alongside the building, would be useful to put steps in to avoid that walk. Also felt a bit strange that we had to walk through the restaurant to get back to our room after going to the gym or the pool, would be better to have a side entrance round the back to avoid that.

The hotel was in a great location, perfectly clean and had amazing breakfast and great facilities. That being said, the most important part of our stay was the staff. Everybody was so hospitable and nice. In particular Enrik the barman was the highlight of our stay, with his cocktails and the lovely chats we had. Also the massages from Paraskevi and Sevi were incredible, would definitely recommend.

Spacious room. Nice outdoor facilities, big, nice swimming pool. Good location, close to the airport.
The rooms are not at all well maintained.. The state of the bathroom was not good at all. It is the first room I have ever stayed in which has not had a tv (which personally I don't mind at all but I thought it was strange) Some small things could make our stay much more comfortable, eg pegs, mosquito repellent, hair dryer. Not dirty but because everything is old you don't have the feeling that the room s clean. The price was reasonable but the rooms did not meet our expectations. The place can indeed become nice if renovated.
