Really enjoyed my stay at the Alizo. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The location was great for places to eat and for getting in to Rhodes Town. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
This isn’t a ‘con’ - but the pool area can get busy and sun loungers are in demand. The hotel did a great job of managing beds that were reserved by people who didn’t have intention of using them straight away. I think there could be more signage around this to prevent people from reserving.

Everything was absolutely amazing, but we'd like to especially thank the staff who made our stay even more memorable.
From the beginning, we were welcomed by Maria at reception who was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check-in early and make the most of our first day after a long trip to Greece. We even got welcome drinks, a platter full of fresh fruits and a bottle of wine.
The staff members taking care of the room service were excellent, they delivered food and drinks really fast.
In the evening, we tried out the food in the restaurant and it was the most delicious we have had in Rhodes. The service quality was outstanding and Vera was extremely professional and friendly.
The breakfast was very delicious and varied, we're glad we had time to try everything. The breakfast team working every morning was polite, professional and so friendly. Nothing was ever missing from the buffet, the tables were prepared at all times and the chefs made sure to refill the food quickly.
Our room was perfectly cleaned everyday and the housekeeping team was lovely.
We truly appreciated the attention to all details and the small gift left in the room before our departure.
We will definitely return one day and can't wait to stay again in the suite 2007.
