Initial room, a "premium room" was on the sub-ground floor with no balcony, had an unpleasant odor, and had no real clear vision of the Aegean Sea.
After complaining, management moved us to a much nicer 5th floor room designated for disability access, without additional cost.

We had a great stay at Sun Beach Resort. The beachfront location was fantastic and the adults-only pool was brilliant, with really comfortable sun loungers. We stayed in the beachfront section and our room was modern, well appointed and very clean. What really stood out were the staff – every member of staff we met was incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough to help.

Photos here arent true to half of the hotel.and not being clear on when you book which part of hotel you are staying in and restaurant you can use!
Rooms on garden wing (not as nice) were dated no shower cubicles air con not great
