The all-inclusive and the friendly staff
almost impossible to get into the à la carte restaurant and the location from old town is a bit far & resort is in the flight path which is noisy

Great value for money and good for family
Great diversity of services but unfortunately staff are not well trained to accept and respect diversity
The attitude of the staff and the discrimination despite the fact that being there means we paid for it.
So why did I need to raise that to be treated like everyone
$$$$
