In general everything was good. The staff was very friendly and nice. The owner was very kind and explained everything in detail. Home made breakfast.

Friendly staff, nice pool, comfortable bed.
Electricity goes quite a lot on the island. The accommodation has a generator but when it's on, AC and hot water cannot be used. Wifi was also a little unreliable.

The staff were exceptional. On one occasion, we went quad biking and returned covered in dirt. One of the staff members—sadly, I can’t remember her name—kindly washed our dirty trainers for us. I was genuinely surprised by her thoughtfulness; it was an incredibly kind gesture.
The dog at the property was very calm and well-behaved. I’m usually afraid of dogs, but I was comfortable around him. That said, it might be helpful going forward to inform guests in advance that there is a live-in dog at the property, in case anyone is apprehensive about being around dogs.
The breakfast could have been better, as the selection was quite limited.
The hotel does have a generator that operates during power cuts; however, we were asked to turn off the air conditioning when the power was out. We assumed this was to help reduce costs for the property, but the reason wasn’t clearly explained, so we were left a bit unsure.
