Nestled in Leesville, this charming house for $340 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This charming 2-story lakefront house has the best of both worlds: The quiet seclusion of cozy wooded surroundings PLUS! the enjoyment of our private dock and gazebo on the lake. Our beautiful 2,238 square foot lake home is nestled on a quiet, protected-water cove on Lake Murray, South Carolina, which makes it hard to believe it is only 3 miles from grocery stores, fine-dining and fast-food restaurants, and shopping. We offer peaceful lakeside living with the convenience of city attractions nearby. You won't want to leave the comforts of our lake property, though! Lake Murray is renowned for water sports, swimming, boating, and fun! Feel free to bring your own water toys for the lake, or you can arrange to rent boats, jet skis, etc. from local vendors. If you have your own boat, our private dock is available during your visit with easy launch at the Lake Murray Dam, just 4 miles from the house, and plenty of watercraft trailer storage right on our property! Enjoy the natural wooded surroundings on the lake path. Don't be surprised to see deer, huge turtles, ducklings, and multiple species of birds. As a lake property, you may see a few southern bugs and insects, as well - just keep the screen door closed so they don't see the light on and come visiting! Our roomy, comfortable home sleeps 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Each room has a ceiling fan for your comfort. The large Master Suite is on the first floor, with a king bed, walk-in closet, ROKU TV, and spacious private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the Rose Room has a king bed and double closets. The Blue Room and Twin Room have a connecting doorway, which is perfect for parents and children. The Blue Room has a queen bed; the Twin Room has two twin beds. The upstairs bathroom has double sinks and a beautifully tiled full shower/tub. We have many amenities we hope will make your stay with us pleasant and easy, including linens, bath towels, soaps, paper towels, and toilet paper. We also offer personal amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors in case those are needed. The kitchen opens into an eat-in area that looks out onto the lake. We have stocked the kitchen with cookware, cooking utensils, dinnerware, flatware/glasses/mugs. We also offer amenities such as a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, crockpot, rice maker, hand mixer, refrigerator w/ice maker, etc. Our Jenn-Air stove has a griddle on it - perfect for morning pancakes or steaks and seafood seared to perfection. The Living Room is a perfect gathering place with a flat screen ROKU TV so that you can enjoy the apps you subscribe to such as Netflix, Disney, HULU, Amazon Prime Video, etc. We also provide free WiFi, board games and puzzles for lazy evenings of friendship, family, and fun. We have a collection of books to enjoy, as well, while lounging on the dock or enjoying the breeze in the gazebo. And, if you don't finish your book during your stay, we encourage you to take it with you to enjoy it. The Living Room's wall of windows look out over the back porch and down to the lake - lots of sunshine and peaceful scenery to enjoy. We offer four areas for dining or gathering around the table. The formal dining room is perfect for family or group meals together. The Breakfast Nook is off of the kitchen and is a wonderful space for meals, to play games, or to sit and chat while meals are being prepared in the kitchen. The patio offers an- outdoor, al fresco dining and is ideal for coffee in the morning, lunch, or drinks in the evening while savoring the blue skies over the lake. And, the gazebo is a great dining area with 2 tables - the sunrises and and sunsets on the lake are spectacular! The back patio faces the wooded area and down to the lake, with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, coffee in the morning, or games in the fresh air. An outdoor charcoal grill is available for your use during your stay. The gazebo, at the dock, is also a perfect spot for coffee to watch the sun rise or for supper as the sun sets on the lake. So that your well-deserved get-away is exactly as you hope, please know that our vacation lake home is on a lovely quiet cul-de-sac on a private road and the 3 other families on the cul-de-sac are permanent residents. As such, our home is best suited for groups and families who are looking for a relaxed gathering rather than a party-house atmosphere.

The Lake House was as advertised in a quiet, neighborhood on Lake Murray. Would definitely stay again. Sara was a great host. House was equipped with toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, condiments in frig and ice in freezer. Also, had a nice welcome basket from the host.

Charming and beautiful house with everything we needed. We had a wonderful family stay! Loved the fact the dock is shaded and has a covered pergola with ceiling fans. Many docks are too hot and in full sun. This one is perfect.

Our weekend at the lake house could not have gone smoother! Sara was extremely fast to reply to any questions and the house far exceeded expectations. Every "i" was dotted and "t" crossed to make it as comfortable for us as possible. All the way down to the water bottles and snack basket on the counter when we arrived. The house was very close to everything you could need. We rented a pontoon boat from Better Boats(6 mins away) and had a blast! The deer and other wildlife were icing on the cake for a relaxing trip. Thank you!!!

This was the perfect setting for our family to reconnect! The house and location were perfect and slept our family of 8 very comfortably. There isn't anything they didn't think of, from the welcome basket to the well labeled outdoor accessories and beautiful view from the gazebo. Sara was an amazing host and we can't wait to go back!

Property was as described or better. We came for a poker run, brought a 34 center console. Driveway accommodated the trailer, dock accommodated the boat. House was extremely clean, dock had a Gazebo which I assumed was grandfathered in, because it was rare on the lake to see that. Will plan on coming back. This is my first VRBO experience and so far it was great.

When you drive up to this property and enter this home you will quickly notice how much the owner cares for this place. The attention to detail the owner has taken to ensure their guests have everything they need is obvious. It makes you want to care for this property as if it were your own. My wife and I hosted our son, his wife our our new 7 month old granddaughter along with our other son and his girlfriend for a long weekend. No one wanted to leave since this place made us all so happy. We hope to come back again someday.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. It is tucked into tall pines and a variety of deciduous trees with nice sitting area on the porch. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The dock had a nice area to relax and watch amazing sunsets. The host was very responsive and helpful!

We came into town for a family reunion and this home was perfect for our family of six. Very clean very well-maintained home- you can tell it is very well taken care of and loved. homeowners were very responsive and and helpful and thought of everything we might need for a relaxing weekend. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully return!
