Super vaizdas. Patogi lova, visas reikalingas inventorius yra, rankšluosčiai yra, virtuvės reikmenys yra (arbatinuko arba neradome arba nebuvo). Promenada 2min nuo apartamentų. Yra kondicionierius, kuris gelbėjo karštomis naktimis. WiFi (reikia paklausti slaptažodžio individualiai). Taip pat yra galimybė nueiti laipteliais prie jūros, bet kodą laiptinės sužinojome iš ten esančių gyventojų, tai buvo labai patogu (su vaikais pro ten eiti - nerekomenduoju).
Norint įvažiuot į parkingą (kad atsidarytų vartai) visada reikia išlipt iš mašinos ir įkišt raktelį :) tai smulkmena, bet...
Taip pat minimalus minusas, vakare grįšti namo, sunkoka lipti į kalniuką (~50m) link namų. :)

The location was fantastic. The views over Benidorm were superb from our balcony and from the pool area. Added bonus was a brilliant view of the eclipse! The apartment was very comfortable and having the kitchen was a huge bonus. The air conditioning worked extremely well even in high August temperatures.
We stayed in apartment 8B. The host was extremely difficult to contact. They told us to notify them 30 minutes before arrival and they would give us details to access the apartment. I messaged them 45 minutes and then 30 minutes before arrival but received no response. This led to us being stuck outside the locked front gate in the heat, until another resident helped us. We had to knock on the door of a family who live in the apartment building to ask for help, which felt horrible as it is not their responsibility. Another third party then managed to contact our host to ask them to help us gain access to our apartment. Over the course of our stay we had a couple of minor issues which weren’t answered until the issue was no longer relevant or we had resolved it ourselves. Other residents helped us when locked out of the back door of the complex as our host didn’t tell us the code for the back door, so we were stuck in a small courtyard until other people helped us. Also, if you book the apartment please be aware the balcony door does not lock, so for small children this could be an issue of concern. The pool area itself was nice, quiet and had amazing views. However, the pool itself needs work done as it has several patches where the small tiles have come loose and there were even some floating around in the water.

Appartement très confortable une très belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Climatisation et ventilo de plafond. Lave linge et sèche linge.
L'environnement est très difficile (rues tres pentues)pour les personnes ayant des soucis pour se deplcer er aller à la plage. D'autre part il serait judicieux de mettre l'echelle de la piscine ailleurs qu'a l'endroit ou l"on a pas
