Clean apartment, beautifully decorated, quiet area, not too far from the centre.
The toilet was too close to the shower. I don't think it would be suitable for bigger persons. But apart from that, all was perfect.

Good location, easy check in process, Erica and Daniel are very nice and helpful people with many tips to enjoy Bergamo

the owner met us and was very informative about the local area, he gave great and appropriate and reliable recommendations. he really made our stay much better
nothing really. it was a bit if a walk but then, that probably made the stay quieter for sleeping and overnight

The best thing is the people, everyone was super nice and when we had a delay due to train issues they were very understanding and waited for us. They mentioned that you are able to leave your luggage for a price, which we don’t know as they offer it to us as a courtesy although he did not end up using it. The room is nice and quiet, we did not hear anyone, and the bed was super comfy. Great shower pressure and there were some snacks complimentary. It is located on an upper floor, and the check in is coordinated with them so someone can check you in. A very good place to stay in Bérgamo and get to know the city as everything was quite close.
Everything was good
