Situated in Steamboat Springs, this attractive house for $867 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This fabulous 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is located just off Ski Trail Lane, offering a mountainside location yet still close to all the action; skiing and biking trails, shopping, restaurants, and the Mountain Village are all very close by. During the ski season these are easily accessed via the winter shuttle service. This home also enjoys A/C on the main floor, living area and master bedroom. Mountainside South was completely renovated in 2015 - boasting bright and airy interiors. Nicely decorated with tasteful mountain flair, this spacious 3-level home features an open living area on the main level with exceptional natural light, stunning stacked stone fireplace, huge flat-screen TV, and plush sofa and oversized armchairs. The adjacent kitchen and dining area are perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together after adventure filled days! The home enjoys two decks, the sun deck off the main living area and another covered deck below. There is also a half-bath located on the main level. Spiral stairs lead to the loft which has been setup as the ultimate hangout space complete with poker table and shuffleboard. Downstairs on the entry level, the generous sized foyer is light filled and provides plenty of space to offload gear, coats, strollers, toys etc. Plus, there is a boot drying room! Also on this level is the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, shared bathroom and the covered deck and hot tub are accessed from this level too. On the lower level you'll find the guest master bedroom, bunk room (5th bedroom) and laundry. This home can accommodate up to 13 people, or 26 if the entire Mountainside Lodge (North and South) are booked together. SLEEPS 13 Primary Bedroom: King + private bathroom Bedroom 2: Twin + Split King (can be setup as 2 twins by request) Bedroom 3: Queen Murphy Bed Bedroom 4: King + private bathroom Bedroom 5: 2 sets of Twin/Twin Bunks + private bathroom PARKING 3 Cars MAX. (1 in the Garage & 2 on the upper parking pad). **Under no circumstance can cars be parked on the street*** ***AWD/4WD vehicles recommended for access to the home in the winter months or during heavy snow*** The City of Steamboat Springs requires a permit to operate vacation homes in Steamboat. Therefore, we ask that you abide by the rules of the city and terms of the rental of Mountainside Lodge vacation home. I stayed here with my husband, our two adult daughters and their dogs. It is a spacious home with the bedrooms spread out over three levels. The outdoor decks were wonderful. And all of us were in love with the induction stovetop!!! The kitchen was well stocked with all the knives, cutting boards and spatulas we needed. Overall a great stay!

LOVED this townhome. The ameneties are all top of the line. It is a lovely place for many people to stay. We had ample sleeping space for all of us (5 adults and 4 kids). The hot tub was lovely as well. We saw a moose in the backyard on day 1, then all 3 mornings we saw a hot air balloon take flight, to the delight of the twin nearly 2 year olds! Great views from the living room. The check in process was a breeze. We will be back!

Overall, very positive. We had some minor maintenance concerns, which were addressed in a timely fashion. A little bit of a walk to the slopes. Lovely views from most of the rooms, with great sunrises.

The home itself is great. It's well accommodated and we all enjoyed having a place to relax after long, hot days in the sun. My biggest issue with this place is that it indeed still sleep 10 people, but it's highly unlikely that many people are going to be in one vehicle. This means that you'll have to ferry people to the only other parking spots which are over a mile away. I would highly recommend this place for sizeable groups as long as you all come in one, maybe two vehicles.

The property was great. Location was awesome for summer and winter fun. The property wasn't quite ready for check it but not a significant delay (~1 hr) to get in. There were a few small issues which were resolved immediately. Would rent this property and from pioneer ridge again.
