The property was close to Pollenca Port and to Alcudia, why also being close to 2 small towns with several bigger shops. It was easy to get groceries/everything we needed.
The outside of the villa was beautiful. So many plants, it felt like a discovery. Yes, there are several areas that need to be taken care of but all in all it was a nice place to chill. The pool is beautiful and lighted up at night. But there was a problem when we were there with the water treatment, I think. All pur clothes and pool stuff got yellow. It felt off.
The guy who came to welcome us was nice and we got a welcome box.
There are 4 rooms. One is downstairs with little to no window (a bar of 10 cmx1m approximately), and 3 other rooms are on the 1st floor. One of the room has a shower and a wc inside with no door. We couldn’t use that wc ofcourse.
The property has a charm because it’s old but that is it… it feels really old. It’s not old in a modern way. It’s just old. The room downstairs with no windows is hard to lve in because of the humidity in the air and the smell. At least it has AC. The kitchen is missing basic equipment like morning bowls and clean pans. We really considered buying stuff. For almost 4k/week, we shouldn’t miss basic things.
We were not aware that we will have to pay electricity separately. We learned that after signing the paperwork. We ended paying 112 euros more for a week. Which is not huge but once again, when you pay that price tag for a week, details like this just make it feel …
The doors are not properly isolated and on the 1st floor there are no glass windows on the hallway. So you’d be freezing here in wi ter and I can’t even imagine spending tainy days in that living room. I feel bad living this review, but it is what it is. We waited months for this trip and it didn’t live up to the expectations.

Dette er et hus som ligger veldig for seg selv ute på landet, så det var rolig og avslappende. Det er et jordbruksområde, veinettet rundt er veldig fint, man kjører til stranda på 10 min. God plass i huset, fine rom, det er et gammelt steinhus som er pent vedlikeholdt. Veldig "ekte".
