The location was perfect, a stone's throw away from the Sanctuary. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was appropriate for pilgrims and for a place to sleep (just don't expect 4 or 5-star level service and facilities; this is more of a pilgrim place rather than a fancy white people-style hotel). I would stay there again. Breakfast was simple and nice; they also do lunch and dinner service at the hotel restaurant, but you'll have to reserve/ask about that.
Water pressure on the 4th/last floor could improve, but then again, if you're going to Lourdes on a pilgrimage and you're going to complain about something as trivial as hot water pressure, you might be doing your pilgrimage wrong.

Very small shower. Rooms were small. I would not recommend the breakfast.

It is accessible to the sanctuary.
It is on a uphill from the street. The breakfast was meh.. i should have just skipped it.

It’s location.
The room for 3 people was extremely small. We had approximately 6 inches between the beds. You had to sit sideways on the toilet and bathroom door did not close.
