The property boasts ultimate comfort, space, privacy, with a large outdoor covered hot tub, cozy fire pit surrounded by custom made Adirondack chairs, with bocce court and corn hole, and convenient walking access to downtown, the new Market Walk on Spring, and the fairgrounds. Conveniently located in the downtown west side of Paso Robles and only steps from the Historic Paso Robles downtown square which boasts boutique shopping, galleries, tasting rooms, fine-dining restaurants, and the downtown city park. The location also provides multiple access points to over 100 west side wineries. It’s perfect for a couple’s getaway, or a home away from home while working. Step in onto the restored original hard wood flooring. Unwind on a comfortable couch or chair, with flat screen TV (with Apple TV), among a balanced décor of beautiful modern and antique furnishings. Everything was “as advertised “. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Slept like a baby in the comfy bed & bedding. We brought our 10 year old boxer dog with us and appreciated the easy access in and out of the house. We’d live to come stay again!

Stayed here with my two best friends for a girls’ trip and we had a wonderful stay! The house was very freshly renovated and they did a nice job updating it whilst keeping the historic charm of the home. It was very clean with nice linens. It also had new windows which kept a lot of the street noise out, which was great!We really enjoyed the close proximity to town! The firepit and hot tub were also great.One thing to be mindful of is that although the place is dog friendly, they have VERY strict rules about not leaving the dogs unattended, no barking, etc. we were fine with the rules but you may want to request a copy of their dog rules before booking to make sure they fit with your trip. They were some of the strictest I’ve ever seen. Like I said, it wasn’t a problem for us, but something to be mindful of before booking!

The property is in a great location to downtown. Great back yard with the firepit and spa. This is perfect for a family of four or two couples. This is a great house ane we would rent again.
A few items that need to be fixed:
Could not get the TV to work and they were there within 5 minutes to fix it. The hot water in kitchen had no pressure at all. We were already late to our event with the TV taking time to be fixed so we told him to fix it after we checked out. The house could be cleaned better, found multiple spiders in bathroom and in laundry room. They left old cake above the refrigerator. No sheets for pull out sofa. Overall it was a great stay.

My husband, I, and our 2 small dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The back yard is spacious and secure for our dogs to explore and relax. The hot tub and fire pit were incredible to enjoy in the evenings. The home is small yet cozy with plenty of upscale amenities. We were missing coffee beans and called to clarify where it was, the mgmt company graciously delivered to our door since there was none left at the home. We went on plenty of walks through the cute neighboor hoods and appreciated the proximity to downtown, everything walking distance if you so choose! We can't wait to book again.

We come to Paso at least twice a year and this is by far our favorite place we have ever stayed! Great location (you can walk to downtown) close to tin city and wineries. Our dog loved the yard and we loved the games and everything the house had to offer. Easy communication. Comfortable beds especially pillows! Would book again!!!

This little cottage was the perfect location for our trip to Paso. We enjoyed walking to dinner each night and of course the jacuzzi. It was lovely to sit on the porch and read while enjoying the weather. Definitely recommend, and being pet friendly was a plus.

What a wonderful home to spend time with my daughter as we explored Paso Robles. The location is amazing! House is very well updated and decorated. While we didn’t have much opportunity to use the backyard- what a great set up— fire pit, hot tub, bocce court, games.
The owners/mgmt company was extremely easy to deal with and was so helpful with an early check in!!

Wonderful experience. Home is super convenient to downtown Paso & tons of bars/restaurants. House was clean and everything we needed was there. They even greeted us with a bottle of wine! Adorable cottage with a backyard made for relaxing after visiting wineries.

This was a cute little house, with a nice fire pit and hot tub in the back yard...perfect for the cool fall nights! The house had everything we needed, minus Kleenex! A small price to pay for all of the other amenities :) The room closest to Vine St had a sound machine, which was necessary to try to block the road noise at night. Otherwise, a very easy and enjoyable trip!
