We had a wonderful stay at Charm on Chestnut! The house was super comfortable and everything was as expected. Steve was very good at communicating and no problems were encountered. We sill definitely be back!

Charm on chestnut was a perfect location for our weekend. The furniture was comfortable, the house was clean, we had use of the garage, laundry and they even left us coffee and tea! It was a quick walk to restaurants and manageable Uber to wineries if you didn’t want to drive. Check in and checkout were easy and not burdensome on the guest. We would stay again!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. charm on Chestnut was perfect. We were 2 couples but could definitely have 3, although 2 couple would share a bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The best park is the short walk to downtown for coffee in the morning and dinner. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Steve’s comfortable one story home . It is about 5 min to Dowtown and 11 min from some wineries that we went to .
The kitchen is big enough to cook dinner and have a sit down meal with 5 adults .
The beds are very comfortable, large bathrooms and showers .
Only one small tv in living room, no tvs in any of the rooms. If you need a tv .

Charm on Chestnut is just that… very charming! The owner Steve met us at the location and went over all the details needed for our stay and had much knowledge to offer about the local wineries and restaurants. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in this newly remodeled, comfortably clean, and cozy home located within a short tree-lined walking distance to downtown. During our visit we visited the local wineries, beaches, horseback riding, and of course shops and restaurants in downtown. The location is perfect and the home is comfortable, spacious, and offers garage parking too. Thanks Steve for a pleasant vacation stay. We hope to visit again soon!

This immaculate house was perfect for our stay. We wanted to experience the area and the location was great. We walked to the many restaurants in the beautiful downtown area. The place had supplies in the shower and laundry. It also had easy to follow instructions for arrival and departure. We had 4 people in our party (2 couples) and we each had ensuite bathrooms which was perfect. We would stay there again for sure.

Excellent location close to downtown attractions including a small city park (which had a wonderful childrens playscape), shops, restaurants, and wine tasting rooms. My husband and I walked to this area daily during the mornings and evenings with our dog. Many businesses were dog friendly and had water bowls in front of their establishments for customers walking with their dogs.
The home was very well appointed. Kitchen had all items necessary to prepare meals. Nice side yard with large umbrella covered dining table. Gas grill available but we did not utilize. The use of a garage was wonderful. Washer and dryer worked well. Nice covered front porch to enjoy cool mornings and evenings. The living room furniture was comfortable to sit upon. All the beds were noted as comfortable by my family.
The home was located in a beautiful neighborhood. We also noted it was well located to area attractions within 30- 60 minutes driving. We spent a day exploring Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, and Spooner’s Cove( dog friendly beach). We would definitely vacation at this rental again.

We loved our stay at Charm on Chestnut. The home was more than we needed with my husband, myself and our grown daughter being that it was 3 bedroom; but the bathrooms are very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. I am a former resident of Paso Robles so it was nice to have friends over, BBQ etc. We walked downtown every day and I loved being able to house the car in the garage and the option to do laundry when needed. We will definately be back.

Nice remodeled home
Check in was great, home owner was there for a quick and friendly in-person greeting and quick tour of home. 2 keys, plus garage opener.
Unfortunately, the refrigerator did not get cold enough until next day. Found 1 American cockroach inside home (most likely from school construction across the street), and another of the same type in backyard.
BBQ grill (Weber) with gas line provided great grilling. Private, enclosed backyard worked out well for our dog, quiet neighborhood, but the school construction across the street was an eye sore. AC system worked perfectly for 100 degree summer weather.
Home was very clean, kitchen well stocked. A few extra towels would’ve been nice. Beds/pillows were comfortable, rooms had huge closets!! Home furniture all comfortable, however, our toddler found a random pacifier tucked between sofa cushions…
Besides the refrigerator not getting cold enough until next day, the cockroach, pacifier, and school construction, the home was overall a great rental for our stay.

The kitchen was efficient, and the backyard was lovely. The AC was a champ in the hot July summer, keeping us all comfortable. The owners are easy to talk to you and I highly recommend staying here.

Weekend getaway
We stayed here during the Hospice du Rhone wine event and the place was great. Lots of space in the open area kitchen/dining/living room to keep folks engaged. The bedrooms are good size and the bathrooms well appointed. The BBQ out back was used frequently and works well, and the kitchen was well stocked. Would not hesitate to go back when in the area next time.
Forgot my brand-new phone charger there and Steve, the owner, retrieved it and sent it of promptly at no cost. That's taking care of your renters!!
