Die Unterkunft liegt etwas am Rand von Sölden und nicht direkt an der Straße. So ist man - wenn man möchte - nicht direkt im touristischen Trubel im Ortskern, sondern etwas außerhalb. In den Ortskern sind es allerdings nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür. Somit ist die Lage etwas ruhiger, man ist aber in kurzer Zeit "mittendrin".
Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt, auf Wunsch wurden individuell Eierspeisen zubereitet. Der Sauna- und Ruhebereich wurde erst kürzlich komplett renoviert, sehr gemütlich und stylisch. Die Zimmerausstattung ist gut und erfüllt ihren Zweck - allerdings nicht super-modern.
Kleiner Konstruktionsfehler am Bett: Am Kopfende befindet sich eine größere Leiste mit Leselichtern - allerdings zu niedrig. So kann man nicht im Bett sitzen, da die Leiste genau in Höhe Kopf / Nacken liegt.
Aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigikeit.

Fantastic location; steps away from a bus stop and also the Giggijoch lift. Also possible to walk to the main centre of Solden (15min), although its location makes it quieter and more conducive for a better rest at night. I did not have a car but travel everywhere was very convenient.
The host Andrea was excellent- very responsive. And I enjoyed the breakfast every morning!
The mattress was a little hard and the pillows were a problem- the flattest I have ever encountered.
Although there is no air-con, the room is cool enough when the windows are opened at night- but then insects can get in! An insect netting for the windows would be perfect.
