Great location very close to the gondola, which was perfect for a ski trip. The hotel offers large, spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as a convenient underground garage. Breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delicious with a great variety of food. Special thanks to chef Damian for the amazing meals and to bartender Patryk for being so friendly, helpful and creating a fantastic atmosphere – both are great guys from Poland!
We honestly had no complaints, our stay was really enjoyable.

Very friendly staff, very nice atmosphere, beautiful view, great saunas and swimming pool, very tasty dishes, very clean.
Small dinner portions for men, old mattresses which have their life long over, squeaky beds, not very comfy shower head, a bit old fashioned.

The location is good, Staff friendly.
The underground parking very helpful.
The Dinner is good ( on ala cart bases with choose out of 3 main courses per dinner ). Very clean .
1. there is strange Day off of all the staff each Thursday, no dinner is served.. and each guest have credit of just 10 euro due to the reason that you will not have dinner this evening ..
2. The SPA aria is strange : no any person is there and if you need some help there is nobody’s to ask .. There is 3 Heating Beds inside SPA they are perfect when they are working, hence for some reason they are not works each day…
The pool is in other aria - not together with the SPA, there is a cold water inside and no Jacuzzi is working ..
