There is an upper unit for 6 people that can be booked separately for added space. SPECIAL PRICING FOR 3 NIGHTS, 1 WEEK, 2 WEEK AND MONTHLY AVAILABLE - A bedroom and a living space - Fully renovated space in January 2021 with fresh colors and design - Modern art deco furnishing and decor - Only 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bus away from the famous Halifax waterfront and downtown's most known landmarks - Mini kitchenette with a single stove top, small fridge and toaster oven --SPACE-- This unit is luxuriously furnished and can accommodate up to 3 people. --LIVING ROOM-- -Window overlooking the backyard. -Art deco design spaciously seating 5 people with a 3 person sofa and 2 side arm chairs - 50 inch TV with built in Roku to cast your favorite movies/shows from your phone or access your personal Netflix account - High speed internet can be accessed through a strong wifi connection from any room --BEDROOMS-- (brand new bedding and 2 pillows per guest) - single bedroom: Twin bed, medium sized closet, common bathroom -2 person double Pull Out couch --KITCHENET This property has a mini kitchenet fully equipped with the following: - stainless steel fridge and freezer, 4.5 cuft (not a mini fridge) -Full size microwave - Single Induction Stove top - full set of cooking tools and knives, pots and serving dishes - Flatware and cutlery for 3 persons - coffee maker - kettle - oil, salt, pepper, montreal chicken spice and keg steak spice - paper towels - organic fair trade coffee and tea locally sourced from one of the top roasters in Canada Just Us! Coffee Roasters Co-op -Laundry room sink is accessible to wash dishes (no sink in unit) --BATHROOM-- - Full bathroom - The toilet are equipment with in seat bidet - 3 Towels per guest one of each size - Soap - Body Wash - Shampoo - Toilet Paper --CLEANING-- With AirBnB's heightened Covid guidelines, we have a professional cleaning company that completes a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all contact surfaces, all linens are replaced including bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, throws, bath mats and towels. --PARKING-- A space accommodating one car in the house's driveway with ample space on the street for other vehicles.

We have never been to Halifax so we were not sure of the area. The listing made it seem it was in a quieter neighbourhood, but it was pretty close to downtown so we heard some music at night. Otherwise a good location being close to downtown and pretty clean. Some minor maintenance, but overall I’d stay here again! Host was very easy to communicate with. Thanks!
