About this apartment rental
One bedroom suite has a king sized bed, living room with gas fireplace and tv, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The space is very comfortable for two people who want some quiet space to relax together. Outdoors there is a large shared deck, several seating areas, a shower, a BBQ and a hot tub. Bring your water toys or use ours and enjoy direct access to Okanagan Lake. After a great day on the lake relax in the hot tub or beach before settling in for a cozy sleep.
Your suite is over the garage attached to a house on a sandy beach on Okanagan lake with 100 kilometers of lake in the front yard. You have a large bedroom with a closet and laundry facilities. The keyless private entry is very convenient and there is one on-street parking space. The full kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, island and pantry with all the conveniences. The kitchen has basic utensils, oils and spices. There is a blender various highball and wine glasses and corkscrew.
Locally there are wineries, bike and walking trails, tennis and pickleball courts and many fine dining establishments. You can even take a walk or kayak to a pub on the waterfront.
We have telus 500 unlimited fiber optic internet. There is a wifi booster in the unit

If you want a lake from property this is it. You walk 20 feet with your coffee and you sit in charis surrounded by Lake Oganogan. The home is bright and clean with great bed and walk-in shower and very functional kitchen. Pam and Doug place it over the top with their communication, kindness and sense of service They are helpful with obvious details and more. Check in was a breeze. So beautiful and restful. We will go back

This place is excellent — it has an incredibly well equipped kitchen, it is clean, the host was wonderful with instructions for check in and how to use the amenities at the property. In addition, the place is on the lake and there are so many activities to do, including paddle boarding, use of a BBQ, fire pit, and hot tub, among many others! I highly recommend.

This is a lovely private suite in a great location - on the lake and close to downtown Vernon. There was a view of the lake from the bedroom and view of the valley from the living area. The hosts generously shared the lakefront spaces and amenities including the dock, kayaks and lifejackets and provided a seamless, friendly checkin process. We took a walk along the creek and went 10 minutes into town for breakfasts, lunch and dinner.
