Very clean home.
Well fitted kitchen with everything we required for our stay.
2 freshly laundered towels for each person.
Bedding spotless and plentiful.
Air conditioning cooled the sitting room and upstairs bedroom perfectly. Fan did not work in bunk bed room but there was a window to open.
Lovely terrace on the roof to sit in the evening.
Washing machine on terrace was an added bonus.
Home is on a residential street that has a nice vibe. Not noisy after 11pm. Bar a few doors away ‘Ohano’ does a small but tasty menu. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Large supermarket about 5 minute walk is very well stocked.
Easy to get to public transport - a 2 minute walk.
We could not get the shower to run consistently warm. We contacted owner who told us it worked perfectly.
4 of us having 2 showers daily could not get the controls to the correct setting. This should have been looked at.
States in the write up there is somewhere to leave luggage. When we arrived early this was declined - we would have headed to the city and found a luggage store if we had known.
We ended up sat outside for more than 2 hours for the door to be opened automatically by the host.
Questions I asked host prior to stay were not replied to - this is worrying for a guest.

I liked everything. There is everything you need for a vacation. I will definitely take the opportunity to come back again.
They didn't answer the call right away, we had to wait at the door. But later they answered the call on WhatsApp and opened the door for us.

Locatie is prima. Goede bus- en metroverbindingen met de stad. Oceanografic is 20min lopen.
Bakker en supermarkt om de hoek.
Grote terras op de 3de verdieping en prima wasruimte.
Appartement niet geschikt voor 5 personen. De slaapbank in de zitkamer alleen geschikt voor een klein kind. Slechte slaapbank. Keuken matig/onvoldoende ingericht, geen hand- en theedoek aanwezig.
Zitkamer heeft naast bank geen andere lekkere zitplaatsen, alleen eetkamerstoelen.
Badkamer matig en gedateerd. Douchdeur zat los en viel daardoor uit de rails. Genoeg handdoeken en wc-papier aanwezig.
Geen stofzuifer aanwezig.
Veel geluidsoverlast in de avond en nacht en zeer gehorig.
De beoordelingen van andere gasten kan ik mij niet in vinden. De eigenaar niet gezien en reageerd niet tot summier op de berichten die ik heb gestuurd.
