Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Ładne wyremontowane korytarze. Pokój czysty. Dostępny parking.
Schody do budynku w opłakanym stanie. Łazienka to koszmar. Jest na tyle duża, że spokojnie można by ją odpowiednio wyposażyć. Tymczasem w kabinie pleśń, umywalka tak mała, że trudno z niej korzystać. Półka pod lustrem wyrwana. Brak wentylacji, nieprzyjemny zapach. Brak jakiejkolwiek półki. Kosmetyków nie ma kompletnie gdzie położyć. Pozostaje korzystać z deski sedesowej. Słabo ! Pokój wyposażony jak dla jednej osoby. Jedno krzesło, jedna szafka nocna, jedna lampka, nawet jedna łyżeczka.

Uśmiechnięty personel, różnorodne i obfite śniadania, czystosc w obiekcie, cisza oraz widoki z balkonu.
Zawieszanie się programów TV, uszkodzone stopnie schodów wejściowych. Ponadto miałem zarezerwowany pokój o pow. 25 m. a otrzymałem o połowę mniejszy.Również jedno krzesło w pokoju dwuosobowym to dziwny zwyczaj.

Znakomite śniadania (stół szwedzki). Robi wrażenie zabytkowość budynku i jego nowoczesne wyposażenie. Duża ilość miejsc parkingowych. Położenie blisko centrum.

W miarę czysto, jest przestrzeń.
Ręczniki walnięte na kanapie, brak obsługi [właścicielka za granicą]. Materac za miękki. Ratio cena/lokalizacja za wysokie jak na polskę. Przy tej samej cenie można już zorganizować coś we Włoszech czy nawet Dubaju.
