Centrally located, but no day light at all

Great location Quite usually fast replies via the B.com message system

No proper day light. It is an interior apartment with 2 interior facing windows. One bedroom has no window at all. Low quality furnitures, which is not visible to the photos. Tv remote control did not work. WiFi connection was stopping multiple times during the day. Zero flexibility on early check in or late check out. You need to pay extra in order that to be possible. Luggage cannot be kept after check out. You need to pay either 300 eur deposit (which is mentioned in the description) or 20 eur insurance that can cover up to 100 eur damage. I haven’t received the link with the electronic key at 15:00 or earlier. I had to ask for it, which was then received around 16:00. There is a lift, but the last 2 days did not work.

Cute apartment in Chueca

Location is in a lively square, but you can't hear anything from the apartment, which is awesome. The square itself is packed with restaurants and also the metro is right there. Plus it's walking distance to many major attractions and Gran Via.

La localización es excelente. La cama era cómoda. Tiene elevador. Aire acondicionado excelente.

El apartamento necesita arreglos. El escalón al entrar estaba roto. Las paredes estaban sucias. El sofá de la sala esta super manchado. No me gustó la comunicación, tuve algunos issues y en el chat , su respuesta era, cuando me comunique con el equipo te respondo. Algunas respuestas nunca llegaron.
