This property is in a great neighborhood and very quiet. It is very clean with everything you need for a stress free experience. The owner was prompt in return calls or messages of any concern or questions we had. My family had a great vacation and my grandson thought we bought a new house lol. Overall we give this vacation rental a 10 out of 10 and will definitely return next year if not sooner. Parking was easy with no issues. The organized baskets for the dirty sheets, towels, and blankets were so easy to do it literally took 5 minutes..We highly recommend this property for anyone to have their vacation. 10 minutes to beaches and shopping and miny different restaurants to choose from..PERFECT location..Thanks from the Perry's

Well appointed and comfortable
Well appointed and comfortable
This property has everything you need - open concept kitchen, living, and dining room are spacious and well-appointed furniture. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more - even a Belgian waffle maker! Marisol was very responsive to questions and communications. The location in a residential neighborhood was quiet and a few blocks from the amenities of Market Street and the main roads to the beaches or downtown. I really appreciated having shampoo and soaps available in the bathroom. I did suggest that beach towels or chairs would be a wonderful convenience to add for guests.

We rented property as a Labor Day getaway, and the appeal of the photos attracted us to the home for our family. On our way to the property we received a message from the owner to let us know that a they have family was living in a back building on the property, something that was not detailed in any description, and something that would have been a deal breaker for us prior to booking. As we drove up to the home, at first, we thought that we had the wrong location, but upon realizing that we had truly arrived at the home we immediately felt as though we had been duped. Photos presented online provided a clean and attractive home, but that was hardly the half of it. As we pulled into the driveway, we found six cars parked throughout the front lawn; from mini-vans and SUVs to work vans, and we were confused as to what was going on. The front of the property looked like a parking lot. Additionally, the front yard had a smashed bathtub filled with weeds, Christmas decorations hanging from the trees (in August), a sandbox thrown against a tree, and what looks like and abandoned home across the street. I entered the home and recognized the home from the photos and then went back out to our car; by this time my wife had already begun looking for hotels to check into, but being Labor Day at the beach, we had no luck in our search. We unpacked and tried to make the most of it, and we found that the inside of the home was beautiful and comfortable. The interior was spotless, with updated bathrooms, nice furniture, and a very nice layout. The home was well appointed with everything that you would need for a nice family getaway. We called the property owner to inquire about what was going on and she then told us that not only did she have one, but three relatives living on the property. She also let us know that the home is used as a staging area for her business and her employees used her lawn as a parking lot...If we did not live six and a half hours away with three kids and a dog in tow, we would have left then and there. Throughout the first night people seemed to come and go from the property at will, with many hanging out in their cars, and lots of activity throughout the night. On our first night we counted FIFTEEN cars arriving and leaving the property with multiple people walking through the backyard and by the master bedroom window to get to the apartment in the back of the home. We appreciated that the home was pet friendly and had a lar
