Exceptional, personal service with none of the impersonal digital codes or self-check-in hassle. Alessandro went above and beyond, helping carry our bags upstairs and always staying reachable via WhatsApp.
The location couldn't be better for the price: just a block from La Fenice and under a 15-minute walk to everything (Rialto in 7 min, San Marco in 9 min, and the Accademia in 12 min).
The room was comfortable for 3 people, and having breakfast available either in-room or in the reception area was very convenient.
Highly recommended, we would probably return!

The location was perfect, close to amenities and historical attractions eg St Marks Square. The hotel was lovely and full of character considering its 400 years old! Matthew was a superb host!

We liked the location and friendly staff
Bathroom needs to be upgraded. Shower walls and toilet seat was a problem. The front door is not inviting at all.
