It was my first ever stay in a caravan and I was very impressed and I will most definitely be staying here again!
Of course space is limited in a caravan, however I felt like I was staying in an aeroplane but a super clean one so the experience was very nice as I felt like I was in first class in terms of value for money as far as England goes!

We loved the location, the caravan was clean, modern and very comfortable . The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us.
I also chose the birthday package and the caravan was decorated nicely with balloons banners and a nice little card for my mum
My only recommendation would perhaps be some lights around the awning at night as it's very very dark and we did trip over a couple of times.
Also the usb charging points in the caravan are usb to usb c and could do with being upgraded to usb c charging points. There were not many power points.

• Good kitchen appliances
• Easy to park
• Black out blinds work.
• Hardly any insects.
• Beautiful site to walk around
There wasn't much negativity, only the instructions for the TV were missing.

Great location to explore Cornwall and the Eden project
Toilet wasn't secured to the wall so tilted forward when sat on. After use it began to smell of sewage in the bathroom - as seen in other reviews, not too badly but it definitely smelt so not great. Couch was quite stained.
