This accommodation is all on the first floor with stairs leading from a private ground floor lobby. It has an open plan kitchen / dinner / lounge with unrivalled views of the golf course and bay. Sleeps 4 aduts in two seperate bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons including a fan-oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice-box, microwave, washing machine/dryer and ironing facilities.

It has a master bedroom with ensuite shower, toilet & sink and a large second bedroom. There is a separate family bathroom containing a bath, a washbasin and toilet. Outside it has its own patio area with table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the views over Porthpean Golf Course and out to sea over St.Austell Bay.Bedrooms:
