I most certainly would not choose to book this property again.

Its location.

To begin with, after I made payment, I received no communication from the host. I sent messages on both this platform and WhatsApp asking how to access the apartment, but they were ignored, despite my following up. When we arrived in Rome, we had no way of entering the property because the host had never responded. We were left standing outside the building for about 30 minutes, unable to reach anyone. Eventually, we were fortunate that a resident happened to leave the building, allowing us to get inside. By chance, I also found someone cleaning one of the apartments. Unfortunately, she only spoke Spanish, so we could not communicate directly. She called someone else, who came to the building to understand what was happening. It was this person who finally managed to reach our host, Matteo. To make matters worse, the following day my husband and I returned to find our apartment door wide open, with the same lady who had helped us the previous day and another gentleman outside the apartment. They told us that Matteo had asked them to inspect the air conditioning because he believed there was a problem, yet it was working just fine. I had not been asked for my consent, nor had I been given any advance notice. Returning to find strangers with access to the apartment left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about the security of my belongings and my privacy. My experience at this property was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Based on what happened, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this accommodation to proceed with caution. Ensure you receive clear check in instructions before you arrive, keep all communication on the Booking.com platform, and be aware that I experienced both a complete lack of communication before arrival, which left us unable to access the property, and an unannounced entry into the apartment during my stay. I most certainly would not choose to book this property again.

Good value for the Money.

The location is perfect, my 5th time in rome and i can say this part of the city and trastevere are the best location to stay. I great that the check in time is at 14;00 and also they let me check in at 12:00! Was perfect.

The location is perfect, my 5th time in rome and i can say this part of the city and trastevere are the best location to stay. I great that the check in time is at 14;00 and also they let me check in at 12:00! Was perfect.

Staff was really nice, great location 👍

It was not really clean, I mean it's not a mistake of cleaning women, it's already so dirty, that it's impossible to clean it properly. Yellow and brown spots in the bathroom, broken shower. Air conditioner is awful, so noisy, that it gives you no chance to sleep. In one room it's in fornt of bed, so you can easily get ill 🤒
