The apartment in a great location, with a lift, and it was clean, with an extra room with a couch to place all of your bags - out of your bedroom. There is an ironing board and iron, and a front hall table with a plug to allow two people to get ready on one time. The washer/dryer combo were great. There are two hair dryers - one with a diffuser and isolator narrow funnel. The owner and host were amazing - before, during and after our stay. We would stay here again.

Great host and the apartment was perfect for our needs. The host reached out multiple times leading up to our trip. He set us up with transportation from the airport, responded to questions quickly, made check-in easy, and provided an apartment that was great for 4 people. Check-in was quick and provided us with all the info we needed about the apartment. The furnishings were sufficient for our needs and the entire apartment was very clean. Not too far from the Vatican, Trevi, train station, etc…. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Recommend this apartment for a small family.

Wonderful location to really experience Roman life. The only hiccup was a communication issue in that the 2nd bedroom was made up as a sitting room. We did require the 2nd bedroom and as soon as Francescoe was made aware of our need, it was quickly rectified. It is best to advise Francescoe of your bedding needs when you book to streamline check in. Simona handled the check-in and was very efficient and cooperative.

We loved our stay in Rome! The apartment was exactly as shown. Simona who checked us in was amazing. She was kind, considerate and super helpful. She sent us so many great recommendations that we really enjoyed. The apartment is perfectly located, well equipped and very clean. I highly recommend staying here when in Rome.
