We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a lovely townhouse in a great location. The bedrooms had air conditioning, and the property was exceptionally quiet, which made for a very relaxing stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed having the garden.
There is parking available less than a 5-minute walk away, and we were always able to find a space without any problem. The location is excellent, with lots of amazing restaurants within easy walking distance and some lovely beaches just a short drive away.
We weren’t expecting the €200 security deposit, as this hadn’t been made clear to us beforehand. However, it was returned promptly after our stay without any issues.

Schöne, sehr günstig im Stadtzentrum gelegene Wohnung in Artá. Es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeit am Haus, wie in vielen Orten Mallorcas. Der nächste kostenlose Parkplatz liegt 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer verteilen sich auf drei Ebenen. Garten im Erdgeschoss und Sonnenterasse auf dem Dach mit schönem Blick über den Ort. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit per Massenger und telefonisch ansprechbar. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft war im Buchungsportal in Wort und Bild zutreffend.

La maison est très bien située, en plein centre ville d’Arta et à 15 minutes des superbes plages autour de Cala Ratjada. C’est une charmante maison traditionnelle, très fonctionnelle avec 3 terrasses agréables. Entièrement équipé, on se sent comme chez soi ! Les appareils électroménagers sont un vrai plus pour passer de bonnes vacances. La literie est très confortable, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez Maria
