Clean, nice mattress and pillows
It seemed that the other guests were not getting their email instructions. The guest in the room next to me left his bathroom fan on all night and it hampered my sleep.

The breakfast was good with lots of choices in cereal, breads, yogurt and fruit. My husband would have preferred if not hot eggs at least some hard boiled eggs.

The breakfast was good, lots of choices for a continental breakfast. We enjoyed strolling the property and relaxing on a bench overlooking a field of turkeys with a view of the fog lifting from the ridge.
Coffee was ok, Keurig and lots of choices but hubby is a coffee snob. The owner was on site and working, very nice and personable! Everything was very clean!

Location. The young woman was helpful when we had questions.
Lawn neglected. Facility looked neglected. Sign in disrepair and hardly visible. The owner needs to take more time and invest in his property if he wants continued business. I would not recommend it for a wedding venue either.
