The shower head holder doesn’t hold properly. Plastic cheap hooks in the bathroom which don’t hold anything & fall off. It’s dated in places but everything is clean & works.

Nice place, but there’s room for improvement.

A very large, spacious apartment with a wonderful view, very close to the sea, with two showers – very convenient.

Upon entering the apartment, we realized it was far too large, making it a bit inconvenient to move around. The worst part was the cockroaches – over the course of 11 nights, we found 5–6 of them near the beds. The kitchen lacked sufficient utensils, the knives were terrible, and there were no deep plates (a small detail, but still noticeable). All the furniture was very old and worn out, and at times even had an unpleasant smell.

Pleasent stay, wonderful activities to do for all

We stayed at El Pinar Fuente Luminosa apartment at the end of June as a group of 8 — two families with adults and teenagers — and the apartment worked pretty well for us. It is very well located, just a few steps away from the beach. It has a sea view from one of the two spacious balconies equipped with table and chairs — perfect for having a cup or tea/coffee or enjoying a meal outdoors. The dorms were enough to fit 2 people and the living room was quite large, all having access to balconies. We had two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, all of which made our stay comfortable. We also appreciated the mid-stay change of bed linen and towels offered by the property during our 7-night visit. The apartment is also a 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from Port Aventura, Ferrari Land and Caribe Aquatic Park and there are plenty of choices for restaurants, souvenir shopping and supermarkets around. Overall, the apartment is a good choice for those looking for space, location, and practicality, especially for larger groups, but it would benefit from some interior upgrades.

On the downside, the apartment is close to a lively pedestrian alley, which gets quite noisy at night. Also, some of the furniture could use updating.

Will be returning

Beautiful. Spacious, good channels and every main essential you need. From iron to a good AC. Kitchen well equipped. Great seperate washing area and washing horse. Balcony lovely. Nice view. Location is beyond perfection. Staff were great :D. Even tried to give back some things (purposely) left behind incase we forgot it. Full deposit returned. Great shopping street viewed from balcony and beach. Showed in photos.

There was only one bin in the kitchen. This was an inconvenience especially since it was a one week stay. We had to buy and use shopping bags. This would be a small addition to make the place perfection. The blanket had a pink stain on it which was a bit off putting but did look washed out so was washed beforehand. Was maybe wine from the previous tenant. There was extra sheets and bedding so this wasn't an issue. There is some noise from the outside sitting bedroom but It didn't bother me and I slept fantastic.

Estuvimos muy bien. La playa se veía desde la terraza perfectamente. Las habitaciones tenían ventilador de techo y el comedor y pasillo aire acondicionado. La cocina estaba completa con todo menaje. Recomiendo 100% el sitio.

Por poner algo, el ruido de la gente porque es temporada alta y por lógica están viendo los chiringuitos .
