Location was sensational. Couldn't be closer to the beach. The views were amazing. Multiple seafront restaurants outside the door but due to height of apartment noise was never an issue. Apartment was a good size. Lift was very convenient. All essentials were in the apartment. Lots of aircon and fans for guests convenience, a lot of thought for guests comfort. Host was extremely friendly and was there to meet us on arrival.
These points are issues as such, more feedback that could help the owner going forward. Beds could do with an upgrade. Fine but could be more comfortable. The balcony wasn't a true balcony. It was more a full wall that opened up fully. No separation from the main room. Not an issue but more for understanding for future bookings.
There was a significant storm and the 2 areas that had been converted from balconies to internal space leaked and flooded a lot. Seals around the windows/doors may need to be looked at.
The keys we had were difficult to remove from the lock but understand these were new keys. Just in case future tenants can't get them out and have to call owner.

Super emplacement, appartement vaste ( 5 adultes, 2 enfants) location 27 décembre/ 3 janvier) assez confortable, je reviendrai volontiers
Nécessite un entretien rapidement car l appartement est vieillissant, peinture,pommeau de douche, vaisselle suffisante mais pratiquement pas de matériel de cuisine,( sachant que la location est jusqu'à 8 personnes,donc nombreux autours de la table)
