No privacy, no respect, unprofessional!!!
the lake
on the check-in date i received an email from booking dot com with instructions and address of where to check in, ( monster properties) and upon arrival everything was changed last minute and i was told to check in at the property with someone else because monster properties was no longer the host (red flag)... the day after very early The host showed up and started harassing us, driving by all the time, making complaints, they also turned water pressure down, and they disabled the jacuzzi for no reason we noticed this after we left to the lake on the second day and came back to the property( we noticed some things moved in the patio).... we received dumb threats from the host, she tried to intimidate us, she is very unprofessional, and rude and in a way it felt Racist !!!! making my family feel unsafe... in check out date, we were running a little late and another lady came by with an attitude, ( if she only knew we were just leaving the property clean even though we paid almost $500 cleaning fee)... also a guy showed up and the jacuzzi started working, and the water pressure was 10 times better ..... no wonder they were in a hurry for us to leave... (they had to placed everything back to normal)... also booking dot com showed a different policy stating children's of any age were welcomed, so i booked the property counting only 12 adults, and after the first night we found out 12 is the max capacity... i was forced to accommodate 2 families in a hotel nearby to avoid eviction, they were not willing to work with us, but they were quick to threaten us!!!!
