The most important, the bed was very cozy, the facilities were very spacious, and the staff was amazing

The room was clean and comfortable. It was as expected and seemed good for the price and the location within the city.
It was noisy at night with people coming and going, shouting and banging doors til 3 in the morning - but it’s a hostel with young people enjoying themselves!

Location: near to the train that goes to the airport, safe, near lots of good vegan restaurants and cool museums
Comfort: I stayed in a pod and was very spacious and nice mattress
Social: I didn’t want to socialise but had I wanted to there was plenty of opportunities, especially in the pool or garden! Even with the social areas my room was still very quiet.

The charging point in my pod didn’t work. I had to charge my devices where I couldn’t see them which made me nervous.
The floor surrounding my mattress was dirty and there was red splats of what looked like hot sauce on the walls of the pod.
The showers were cleaned regularly but still felt dirty, I think they were cleaned but out of date?
No hooks in the room to put things like wet towels on!
The pool was nice but also a little outdated. Would have been nice to have actual loungers around it not just wooden benches.
