We had a really comfortable stay here and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well-equipped the property was. The beds were very comfortable, and having air conditioning in every room was a huge plus, especially in the warm weather. There were two bathrooms, which was really convenient for three of us, and all the rooms were clean.
The property is around a 30-minute walk from the main centre and beach, which we didn’t mind. We also really appreciated having a TV in every room and a long mirror, which was particularly useful as we were three girls getting ready. There were no neighbouring guests, so the property felt very private and we didn’t experience any noise issues.
The hosts were also very accommodating. We arrived later than the usual check-in time after a late flight, but this was arranged without any problems. The instructions were clear and Esteban was there to check us in. We really appreciated the water and ice that were provided on arrival after travelling late at night.
There were also lots of thoughtful extras provided, including beach towels, a bat and ball, freezer bag, shopping bag, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and cleaning equipment. Overall, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The property could benefit from brighter lighting, as some areas felt a little dark. A few of the doors also needed to be closed quite firmly to shut properly. The property is slightly dated in places and could benefit from some modernisation, although this didn’t have a major impact on our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great, only a 20 minute walk to the old town, and 30 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious and clean, and equipped with everything we needed (including a hairdryer, air conditioning in every room, coffee machine, and even beach towels which came in very handy!) The beds were very comfortable, and the property had a bolt, making the apartment feel secure. The balcony was a bonus - the girls and I loved having a coffee on the balcony together before getting ready for the day!
Esteban was very friendly and good at communicating. He made it clear that we could get in touch if we had any queries. The price was great, and we loved our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the centre of Alicante!
