Room and breakfast area renovated to a high standard, all we needed. Fresh croissants delicious but they do get removed if you don’t eat them by 10am, so be on time! The room was lovely, big bathroom and air conditioning was very welcome! Hosts were excellent and always responsive to messages.
It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit in the courtyard, but it is understandable this isn’t possible whilst further renovation work is ongoing. The kitchen area can be noisy when it is being restocked by staff in the morning.

Die Lage: Perfekt gelegen. Ruhig in einem charmanten, historischen Innenhof, aber dennoch zentral. Der Lago Maggiore, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Das Zimmer und Bad: Alles war absolut sauber, gepflegt und sehr gemütlich.
Frühstück: einfach aber zum Start in den Tag reicht es….
Die Gastgeber: Unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und gastfreundlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wie zu Hause.
Fazit: Wer eine authentische, charmante und herzliche Unterkunft in Luino sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Tollen Kontakt mit Gastgeber von Anfang an
Detaillierte Infos mit Video im Vorfeld bekommen.Suite mit 2 Zimmern mit riesigem Bad. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück in Selbstbedienung, alles da, sogar mit frischen Gipfeli .
Guter Standort, zentral und doch sehr ruhig.
Große Zimmer, bequemes Bett / Matratze
Schwierige Auslade-Möglichkeit da enge Straße und kein Parkplatz vorhanden, hierzu wäre eine Zusatz Info hilfreich gewesen
Treppenhaus mit BauTrägern nicht einladend und vermittelte kurz ein ungutes Gefühl

Kein richtiges Frühstück, nur 2 Croissants am Morgen, Marmelade u.s.w war da,Säfte zu wenig,keine Eier oder Brötchen, kein Käse,keine Wurst
Alle Sachen wie Toast oder so waren abgespeckte Portionen....
